Project Bright Future is where every spark of curiosity can light the path to a bright career.

An initiative of the Upper Shore Regional Council, this program fuels opportunities for career and technical education (CTE) across Kent, Cecil, and Queen Anne’s counties.

By blending educational experiences with hands-on learning, the Project Bright Future program expands access to specialized training and real-world skill-building, increasing students’ potential for success. Participants can tap into the educational and vocational resources available throughout the entire region rather than just their home county—which provides valuable exposure to a wide variety of industries and professions.
